Nasıl silinir?
- Oyunu aç, profil sayfasında oyuncu adını (ör. Ad#1234) not al.
- destek@thinkfray.me adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder ve oyuncu adını yaz. Hesabını bir e-postaya bağladıysan o adresten yazman yeterli.
- Hesabını ve aşağıdaki verileri 30 gün içinde sileriz, bittiğinde sana haber veririz.

- Oyuncu hesabın, oyuncu adın ve bağlı e-posta adresin
- Rütbe puanın (ELO), maç geçmişin, seviye/XP, rozetler, avatar ve bulmaca istatistiklerin
- Sezon ve günlük sıralamalardaki kayıtların
- Arkadaş listen ve arkadaşlık istekleri
- Herkese açık profilin, anket cevapların, elmas ve enerji bakiyen, Plus ve aile planı kayıtların
Saklanan veriler
Hiçbir veriyi silme sonrasında saklamıyoruz. Sesli sohbet zaten hiç kaydedilmez. Sunucu hizmetlerinin teknik kayıtları (log) en fazla 90 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.

How to delete
- Open the game and note your player name on the profile page (e.g. Name#1234).
- Email destek@thinkfray.me with the subject "Account deletion" and include your player name. If you linked an email to your account, writing from that address is enough.
- We delete your account and the data below within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

Data deleted
- Your player account, player name and linked email address
- Your rating (ELO), match history, level/XP, badges, avatar and puzzle stats
- Your entries in season and daily leaderboards
- Your friends list and friend requests
- Your public profile, survey answers, gem and energy balance, Plus and family plan records
Data retained
We keep no data after deletion. Voice chat is never recorded. Technical logs of the server services are removed automatically within 90 days.
